Bryan Hebert is General Counsel for Delisi Communications, a full-service public relations, government, and political consulting firm. He has more than sixteen years of experience in public policy analysis, legislative advocacy, legal counseling, and legislative document drafting.
Before coming to Delisi Communications, Bryan worked as General Counsel to the Office of the Texas Lieutenant Governor. In addition to his duties related to legal and policy analysis, he provided daily parliamentary assistance to senators and staff on the floor of the Texas Senate and worked regularly with the Office of the Governor and the Office of the Attorney General.
Bryan’s diverse legislative experience also includes service as an attorney with the Texas Legislative Council, as executive director of a non-profit public policy group, as partner at a public affairs firm, and as a college adjunct professor teaching Texas and United States Government. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Political Science, and received his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
Bryan is a regular presenter around Austin on issues related to ethics, legislative procedure, and public interest law, and a longtime faculty member of the State Bar of Texas continuing legal education program. He continues to volunteer time to his local neighborhood association, YMCA, PTA, and school district.
